Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales

1. Introduction These terms and conditions apply to the sale of tickets for events hosted by The Fish N Show ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Ticket Purchase

  • All tickets must be purchased through our official website or authorised resellers.
  • Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Event Admission

  • A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
  • We may require ID to verify the ticket holder’s identity.
  • Late arrivals may be refused entry at our discretion.
  • No unauthorised resale of tickets is permitted.
  • Attendees must comply with all security checks upon entry.

4. Event Changes, Cancellations, and Weather Conditions

  • We reserve the right to change the event lineup, venue, or schedule without notice.
  • In the event of cancellation, ticket holders may be entitled to a refund or rescheduled entry.
  • No refunds will be given for event changes beyond our control, including changes to the lineup or schedule.
  • The event will proceed in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the organisers.
  • No refunds will be issued due to adverse weather conditions unless the event is officially cancelled.

5. Refunds and Transfers

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
  • Ticket transfers may be allowed with prior approval from us.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the event cancellation notice.
  • We are not responsible for any third-party costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

6. Liability and Conduct

  • We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred at the event.
  • Ticket holders must comply with venue rules and regulations.
  • We reserve the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behaviour, including intoxication or disorderly conduct.
  • Attendees enter at their own risk and must take responsibility for their own safety, particularly near the water.
  • Swimming in the fishing lake is strictly prohibited.
  • Under no circumstances will we be liable for damage to personal property, including vehicles parked on-site.
  • If any of the carp in the fishing lakes are spawning, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate fishing in areas that are unaffected. No refunds will be offered in the case of spawning.

7. Food, Alcohol, and Age Restrictions

  • Alcohol will only be served to attendees aged 18 and over with valid ID.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated.
  • Attendees may not bring their own alcohol onto the event site.
  • Food and drink purchased on-site is consumed at the attendee’s own risk. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or food-related illnesses.

8. Health and Safety

  • Attendees must comply with all health and safety guidelines, including any emergency procedures.
  • We reserve the right to remove anyone posing a risk to themselves or others.
  • First aid services will be available on-site, but attendees are responsible for their own medical needs and should bring any required medication.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal data collected during ticket purchase is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not share personal data with third parties except as required for event operations.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
